On the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing the Homestead Act of 2062 goes into effect. Come to Homestead National Monument of America on Saturday, July 20th and see if you have what it takes to be a homesteader on distant world. From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Homestead’s Education Center discover how the homesteaders of the future will be able to learn from those who homesteaded on Earth. The Homestead the Future program will be followed by a take-home craft activity.
