Come look at some beautiful cars after the Homestead Day’s Parade in Beatrice! There will be the Jay Husker Fleamarket and Food Venders in Chautauqua Park. There will be parking available in the shade under a tree or out in the open in the park and you can choose to park your car on the grass or asphalt. A show and shine is a car meet that doesn’t have awards, it’s just a place to meet and show off your car and talk to other car people. Your car won’t be judged so you don’t have to have the nicest paint! At a show and shine you can come and leave any time you want too in between the amount of time but we encourage you to come at the beginning because a lot of people will be coming after the Homestead days parade to walk through the flea market and show and shine and people will want to eat at the food venders. DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE CAR SHOW SUNDAY JUNE 23rd in Chautauqua Park that the Beatrice Chamber will be putting on and there will be judging and awards! There will be many events going on in Beatrice the 22nd and 23rd so if you wanted to go to both of the shows you could stay at a hotel in town!
