Event Description:

Learn about the art of dutch oven cooking through a presentation and demonstration from Wilbur Johnson. Wilbur has been dutch oven cooking for decades and makes everything from breakfast to dessert in his dutch ovens.

After the presentation, music will be provided by The Blueberry Boys, who won 2nd place at Homestead National Monument of America's 2019 Tallgrass Prairie Fiddle Festival in the Acoustic Band division.

The program starts at 7 p.m. at the Homestead Education Center. The program is free. The program will take place outside unless there is inclement weather. Feel free to bring a lawn chair and bug spray.
