The Gage County Historical Society & Museum is located in historic downtown Beatrice, Nebraska, at 2nd and Court Streets. Housed in the 1906 Burlington Passenger Depot, the Museum showcases exhibits that tell the story of Gage County from its founding days to the present. Experience the rich history and progress of Gage County through the stories of industry, business, innovation, and community. Admission to the Museum is free and open to the public, and access to our research library and archive is available with an advance appointment - please contact us for more details.
 
The Gage County Historical Society also maintains the Filley Stone Barn in rural Gage County; a landmark on the National Register of Historic Places, and the home of the annual Harvest Days festival held every first weekend in October.
