Cedar Creek Pottery
7 miles outside of Beatrice, you will find Cedar Creek Pottery! What was once an 1895 Lutheran Church, has since been relocated and repurposed as Ervin Dixon's gallery. Dixon's beautiful handcrafted words include tableware and pots, finished with clear gloss salt glaze. He mixes his own special blend of natural clays from Ohio and Tennessee that make his products unique. He molds more than 9,000 pounds’ worth on his potter’s wheels every year.
